Job Vacancy: Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are the expert responsible for analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations to your colleagues and the management team. You will be in charge of the technical aspects of marketing and work with various programs.

Job Requirements:
- Thinking level and work experience equivalent to an HBO degree (level 3)
- Experience in technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week

Job Description:
As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing our customer service department. You will manage a team of enthusiastic customer service staff and work actively on the further development of the department. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction within our diverse network, which includes both business and individual clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coaching the customer service team
- Developing and implementing improvements in customer service processes
- Ensuring efficient handling of incoming calls and emails in English
- Providing innovative solutions for complaints or issues
- Organizing and coordinating returns in collaboration with logistics partners
- Working with our CRM system and reporting relevant customer cases
